Two disciplines, one practice.
The brand identity system and the site that ships it are designed together, not handed between vendors.
Brand Identity
The system around the mark: strategy, wordmark, type, colour, and the usage guidelines that hold them together.
- Strategy and positioning
- Wordmark and visual identity system
- Type scale and colour system
- Usage guidelines — what the system can and cannot say
- Asset library handoff: working files and exports
Web Development
The web platforms that carry the identity: marketing sites, editorial CMS, and the client portal.
- Site architecture and content modelling
- Design implementation in Next.js and React
- Self-hosted editorial CMS when the engagement needs it
- Performance budget and accessibility audit
- Deployment to studio-controlled infrastructure
The work is documented, end to end.
Every engagement runs the same documented sequence — and through a client portal Noctiv designed, built, and hosts itself. You watch the work move stage by stage. The process rigor is inherited: Noctiv is a product of Foxxflow, a Lean Six Sigma consulting company.
- 01Intake
A brief arrives through the contact page and enters intake. Noctiv scopes what you are asking for before anything is quoted.
- 02Proposal
A written proposal sets out scope, deliverables, and the payment schedule. Nothing starts before you have it in hand.
- 03Agreement
Both sides agree to the proposal terms in writing. That agreement is the reference the rest of the work runs against.
- 04Build
Design and code move in parallel. Progress shows up in the portal as it happens — not revealed all at once at the end.
- 05Review
Work comes back to you in structured rounds. Feedback is tracked against scope, so both sides can see where a request lands.
- 06Sign-off
You accept the work once it meets the agreement. Sign-off is explicit: the project is done when you say it is.
- 07Billing
Invoices are issued through the same portal, on the schedule the proposal set. The numbers were settled before the work began.
The practice ships it. Care keeps it running.
Monthly tiers with published hours, response SLAs, and a metered overage rate — for sites we built and sites we didn't.

Tell Noctiv what you are planning, and we will talk through how the two disciplines apply to it. The first conversation is about approach, not a pitch.
