Every tier carries the baseline: hosting, security updates, and monitoring — the site stays up and patched without a ticket being filed.
The hours are a working block — minor updates at Maintenance, dev/design and content work at Growth and Partner — drawn down against the tier's included hours and visible on the meter.
What care is not: a new build. Project-scale work is scoped as an engagement through the practice, not absorbed into a care month.

The meter
Work is logged against your included hours and rounded UP to the next 15-minute increment. Past the included block, time bills at the overage rate — $150/hr.
- 02
The ladder
You get an email at 80%, 100%, and 120% of your included hours — the same alerts we get. Nothing escalates silently.
- 03
The stop
At 200%, new request acceptance pauses and we talk before anything else bills. The pause is automatic; resuming is a conversation, not a charge.
