The Sweeter Life

Amanda was running the bakery entirely off Instagram. She had no web presence to point new clients to, no menu or contact channel she controlled, and no easy way to be found outside IG.

Built a single-page scrolling site in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no build step, deployable to any static host. Added Decap CMS over Netlify Identity so Amanda can edit copy and gallery without touching code. Mobile-first responsive with menu, gallery linking to IG, contact form, and a custom silk-canvas hero animation.

Site is live at thesweeterlife.netlify.app. Custom domain thesweeterlife.com is registered but still parked on a lander — DNS cutover pending.
